KIVARA GLOW uses AutoDS to place orders with third-party suppliers and provide shipment updates when available. We do not store, pack, or personally inspect individual items.
Shipping
Shipping availability, dispatch origin, carrier, delivery estimate, and charges depend on the supplier, destination, and service selected. Applicable options and charges are shown at checkout. Carrier updates may take time to appear, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Returns and order issues
Contact us promptly about a damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, delayed, or unwanted order. We submit return and issue requests through AutoDS. Do not send anything back until we provide instructions.
For this Walmart Marketplace electronics listing, request a return within 14 days of delivery. AutoDS advises allowing at least 48 hours for processing before the deadline. Opened or used personal-care items may be restricted, and the supplier may apply additional conditions or decline a return. If AutoDS authorizes a return, use only the label and instructions it supplies. We do not promise free return shipping, automatic replacements, or a fixed refund-processing time.
